About the information on this site
The pages on this site describe the work we do and how to reach us. We try to keep them correct. Services, limits and contact details can change, so call us to confirm before you rely on something you read here.
Quote requests
A quote request asks us to prepare a quote. It is not an order. It does not set a price or a schedule, and it does not oblige you or us to do the work. We prepare a quote once we have the details of your job. This site shows no prices.
No online orders or payments
This website does not take orders or payments. Any agreement to do work is made with the shop directly, not through this site.
What you send us
Please send details that are correct and complete, such as sizes, photos and the place the glass will go. If your sizes or photos are unclear, we may ask you for more. Please do not send anything that you are not allowed to share. Our privacy policy explains what we do with the details you send.
Our photos and text
The photos and words on this site belong to North Hill Glass and Mirror. Please do not copy them without asking us first. Call (330) 535-1558 to ask.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites. We do not run those sites and we are not responsible for what they say or do.
Using the site properly
Please do not misuse the site. That includes sending false requests, trying to break or overload the site, or using it to send us unwanted messages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
