  North Hill Glass saved the day! I own and operate a commercial roofing business here in Northeast Ohio, and we were working on a large project in Akron involving roofing, siding, and window installation. Unfortunately, we accidentally broke one of the windows during installation. These windows had already taken 6 to 8 weeks to arrive after ordering, and getting a replacement through the original supplier would have caused significant delays and additional expenses. That’s when Chris, the owner of North Hill Glass, came through for us. He was able to get a replacement window the very same day and have it swapped out, saving us thousands of dollars in additional labor costs and lift rentals. Chris went above and beyond when we needed help most. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference in our project.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ North Hill Glass Company absolutely saved me in a pinch. I had an unexpected situation where a glass panel from my reptile enclosure shattered, and I was stressed trying to figure out how I was going to replace it without spending a fortune or replacing the entire enclosure. They were incredibly helpful, listened to exactly what I needed, and helped me come up with a practical solution using Lexan. They made the whole situation so much easier than I expected, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable, accommodating, and straightforward they were throughout the process. It is rare to come across a company that genuinely helps you solve the problem in front of you instead of trying to sell you something unnecessary. Their customer service was excellent, the price was reasonable, and I left feeling completely relieved. I highly recommend North Hill Glass Company. They earned every one of these five stars, and I will absolutely use them again if I ever need custom glass or similar work.

  I had a new piece of mirror cut for a frame. They were super affordable did it within 5 mins while I waited and the guy even put it in the frame for me to assure it was done properly.   I got a small mirror repaired for a vanity and it was very affordable. The mirror was ready to pick up the next day and the staff were very courteous and professional. I will definitely come back for anything glass/mirror related in the future and recommend them to others.

  The team here was super helpful in getting custom glass cut for a few projects at my nearly 100-year-old building downtown. They knew exactly what they were doing and made the whole process easy.   This company is PHENOMENAL. I had a terrible experience with stow glass and mirror, I was genuinely scared to call north hill afraid I would have to deal with the same kind of thing. This was NOT the case. Every single person I spoke to or interacted with at North Hill was so very nice, they were prompt, super efficient and extremely affordable. Don't go anywhere else.   I'm elated with the service I received! A window was broken while a thief tried to enter my home. I dropped the frame off the next morning. No more than 30 mins later I received a text that the window was ready.I wasn't even finished cleaning up the broken glass!   Bob and guys from North Hill glass are excellent They installed glass shower doors for my remodeled bathroom and did a fantastic job, they stand behind their work and were quick to address an adjustment 1 year later. One phone call and a couple hours later a technician shows up to perform the work. I highly recommend this company

  Ordered glass for my place of business. Rick was sent out to give me a quote, and was easy to work with and upfront about all costs. Their prices were better than many others, and the customer service was great. We changed our mind a couple times on styles of glass and how many tables we needed glass tops for. They adapted with our changing needs. Delivery took a few weeks after the deposit was delivered, but everything arrived on time and was installed quickly. Highly recommend for businesses in the area, and I will certainly contact them again for household needs.

  Needed a glass top for our kitchen table that we made. We gave them the measurements and they delivered a perfect size of glass for us to finish our table. Forward a year and a half later and a we had a chip on the corner of the glass piece. We took it in and they polished it down for FREE!!! Amazing company that went the extra mile for us. Would recommend them for any glass pieces or issues you have.

  Called and received a quote for two different types of glass. When I sent them an email to place my order I waited a week for a response and they raised the price $50. Not happy I could have my order paid for and installed elsewhere but since I waited for them it prolonged the process. The manager on the phone didn’t even seem to care about the inconvenience or the quote mistake. Using Quality Glass since they honor the quote given :)

  Great local business that has been around for like 90 years. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly too. Reasonable costs and nice turnaround times. I placed an order for a double pane unit (with a specific Low E coating) on a Monday and it was in the next Tuesday. The unit looks great too!!
