Shower doors
What hardware finishes do you offer for shower doors?
Five: chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, oil rubbed bronze and satin brass. See shower glass options and hardware finishes for more.
What kinds of shower door glass can I choose?
Shower glass can be frosted, textured, tinted or extra clear. We also offer an easy clean coating.
Does the ceiling need to be tiled for a steam shower?
Yes. The glass panels on a steam shower go up to the ceiling, so the ceiling must be tiled. See steam shower enclosures.
Do you install a hinged door on a bathtub?
Not normally. Our tub doors are sliding or bypass doors. Call (330) 535-1558 and describe what you have. See glass tub enclosures.
Can you repair a shower door I already have?
Yes. We repair the glass, rollers, hinges and seals on an existing shower door. Send us a photo and tell us what is wrong. See shower door repair.
Window glass, doors and screens
Can you fix a window with foggy glass?
Yes, when the window is otherwise fine. We replace foggy or failed insulated glass on site and in our shop. See insulated glass units.
Do you repair window frames?
No. We replace the glass in your existing frame, and we do not replace or repair the frame. We replace broken single pane window glass, storm window glass and sealed glass units. See window glass repair.
Do you replace whole windows?
No. We replace the glass in the frame you already have, and we do not replace window frames. If your job involves a frame, call (330) 535-1558 and describe it. See window glass replacement.
Where do you rescreen window and door screens?
In our shop. Bring the screen frame to us. See window and door screens.
Do you replace the glass in a patio door?
Yes. We replace the glass in patio and sliding doors. See patio and sliding door glass.
Custom glass
Can you make a glass table top in any size or shape?
Yes. Glass table tops are made in any size or shape. Send us the size and shape you want. See glass table tops.
Do you offer polycarbonate sheet?
Yes. Polycarbonate is part of our acrylic and polycarbonate sheet work, along with plexiglass.
Do you offer tempered safety glass?
Yes. We offer tempered safety glass in custom glass. It is 4 to 8 times stronger than regular glass, and it is used for patio doors, patio tables and similar places. See cut to size and safety glass.
Can you make glass to my size?
Yes. We make glass to size for doors, windows and tables, including safety glass. See cut to size and safety glass.
Deposits and payment
Do you require a deposit?
We require a deposit on orders.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, check and credit cards. Credit cards carry a 3% processing fee on all transactions. To avoid the fee, pay by check or cash.
Quotes and where we work
What do you need to give me a quote?
It depends on the job. For a shower door we ask for the layout, the style, the opening width and height, the hinge side, the glass, the hardware finish and a photo. For a window we ask what needs work, how many and the sizes. For a mirror or custom piece we ask for the size, the shape and the edge. A photo always helps. Use the quote page.

The shop is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
